codheim provides IT services and software development. Contracts for services, software development or custom solutions are concluded exclusively through separate agreements; these terms of use do not create any claims in this respect. For apps distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace, the licence terms published there apply (e.g. Page Tree Sorter).
3. Availability
The website is provided without any guarantee of availability. Content may be changed, supplemented or removed at any time.
4. Copyright
The content of the website (texts, graphics, logos) is subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing and distribution beyond the limits of copyright require written consent.
5. Liability
The provider is liable for damage arising from the use of the website only in cases of intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and breach of material contractual obligations in accordance with the statutory provisions. The content of the website is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency.
6. Governing law and venue
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the provider’s seat in Dinkelsbühl.
